1. Who is the story for, and who should be allowed to see it?
2. What three moments do you want the recipient to remember?
3. For each moment: when was it, what happened, and why does it matter now?
4. Which photograph or short clip adds something your words cannot?
5. Write one specific caption for each chosen moment.
6. End with a message in your own voice: what are you looking forward to?
7. Check names, dates, spelling, permissions and the viewing link.

Example (illustrative, not a customer quote):
Before: We had a lovely holiday.
After: We missed the last bus and walked home singing the only chorus we both knew.
