If you don't sign in for more than 24 months, your site is automatically unpublished — it stays in your account but is no longer publicly visible. Nothing is deleted. Just sign back in to put it live again with one click. We'll always email you before this happens. This applies to both Monthly and Lifetime plans and is not a refundable event.

Any registrar works — we recommend GoDaddy or Namecheap. Typical cost is £10–£15 per year. Pick something short and memorable (e.g. mary-and-john.com or our-story.love).

In your dashboard, go to Domain → paste your domain. We give you two DNS records to add at your registrar (an A record and a CNAME). Most registrars apply them within an hour. SSL is automatic.

Export your chat from WhatsApp (Settings → Chat → Export Chat → Without Media). Upload the .txt file in your dashboard. We process everything locally and show stats: total messages, most active day, favourite emojis, your first message, and more. The file is deleted from our servers within 24 hours.

Site4Us works best on iOS and Safari — that's where the scroll-driven video animations are smoothest. The site still works on Chrome, Android, and Samsung devices, but the video transitions may not feel quite as fluid. For the best experience, share your live URL with friends on iPhone or open it in Safari on a Mac.
