Unused days on a Monthly plan after cancellation
Dissatisfaction with features or templates
Failure to use the service
Accidental purchase

By completing a purchase on Site4Us, you explicitly acknowledge and accept that all payments are non-refundable.

Try before you pay

We offer a full free preview in your dashboard — you can build your entire site, customise every section, and see exactly what it looks like before paying a penny. We encourage every customer to take advantage of this before subscribing.

Cancelling a Monthly plan

You can cancel your Monthly subscription at any time from your dashboard. Your site will remain active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation stops future charges — it does not entitle you to a refund for any time already paid.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time purchase with no recurring charges and nothing to cancel. As with all purchases, it is non-refundable.

Exceptional circumstances

In the rare event of a technical error that resulted in a duplicate charge, please contact us at hello@site4us.com with your receipt. We will investigate and resolve genuine billing errors promptly.
