1. Who we are

Site4Us ("we", "us", "our") provides an online platform that allows couples and individuals to create personalised relationship websites. By using Site4Us you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and purchase a plan. By registering, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.

3. Plans & payment

We offer two plans:

Monthly — £19.99 per month, billed in advance. Continues until you cancel.
Lifetime — £199.99 one-time payment. Grants permanent access with no recurring charges.

All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment provider. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method on the applicable billing cycle.

4. No refund policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any reason, including but not limited to:

Change of mind
Unused portion of a billing period
Dissatisfaction with features
Account inactivity

By completing a purchase you acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy. We encourage you to make full use of the free preview in your dashboard before subscribing.

5. Cancellation

Monthly subscribers may cancel at any time from their dashboard. Your site remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it switches to read-only mode. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund for any unused days.

Lifetime plan holders have permanent access and there is nothing to cancel.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all photos, videos, and text you upload to Site4Us. By uploading content, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and deliver that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Site4Us to upload or publish content that:

Is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or hateful
Infringes a third party's intellectual property rights
Contains malware, spam, or unsolicited commercial messages
Impersonates another person or entity

We reserve the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms without notice or refund.

8. Inactive accounts

If you do not sign in to your Site4Us account for more than 24 months, we will automatically unpublish your site so it is no longer publicly visible. Your account, content, and uploaded media are not deleted — signing back in returns your site to its previous state with a single click. We will email you in advance before any change is made. This applies to both Monthly and Lifetime plans and does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Site4Us is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use of Site4Us after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
